All shipping transit times quoted are business days, not calendar days. For your orders, depending on the destination, we ship with either Royal Mail, UPS or Fed-Ex, for some destinations, only the Royal Mail service is provided. For your order shipping via UPS or Fed-Ex you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number when your order leaves the warehouse.

The shipping cost depends on what you are ordering, how much you are ordering, and where it is shipping to.
The products will be delivered to the indicated address during the process of order.

We'll normally ship your order within 24-36 hours if it's in stock and it's not Saturday, Sunday, or a holiday.
International shipping
Please note that you may need to pay additional import fees, taxes, brokerage fees, and handling fees to receive your order. These additional fees are not collected or controlled by Freeride Innovations, also, you might be contacted by your local customs office concerning payment of customs fees, or to receive final delivery of your order. Customs processing of your shipment might cause delays in the delivery of your package. Please make sure you are familiar with your country's customs process and fee structure before you order - so you know what to expect.
Your order could possibly be charged customs fees (taxes, duties, processing fees, brokerage fees, etc.) when it arrives. Unfortunately, Freeride Innovations has no control over these fees. If you are not familiar with the customs fees in your country, please check with your local customs office for more information.
The shipping charges you pay to Freeride Innovations do NOT include customs fees, import taxes, brokerage fees, or duties. If you refuse to pay the customs fees when your order arrives, the shipment will be returned to Freeride Innovations and we will be charged the customs fees plus return shipping costs. Therefore, we do not issue refunds for customs fees, shipping, or the cost of your order if you refuse to pay the customs fees. Freeride Innovations has no way of estimating customs fees, taxes, duties, etc. so please do not ask us to do so - we don't have this information. Please contact your local customs office if you need to know more. It is possible that the delivery of your order could be delayed due to customs processing. If your order does not arrive in a reasonable amount of time, you should check with your local customs office to see if they are holding the package for payment of fees. Also, some customs offices will send a separate invoice for your customs fees that could arrive several weeks after you receive your shipment. All merchandise should be thoroughly inspected by the customer upon receipt. If any shipping damage is found, it is the customer’s responsibility to file a claim with the carrier. All claims to the carrier must be made within 24 hours of receipt of goods, supported by delivery documents and the company invoice.

You the purchaser are responsible for any / all charges relating to your purchase, shipping and appropriate import taxes relevant to your country. This includes taxes and duties charged to www.airtimeproducts.co.uk on returned goods from overseas.
Cancellations
Once your order has been shipped, www.airtimeproducts.co.uk do not accept cancellations, if you refuse the shipment for whatever reason you the customer will be responsible for any and/or all charges incurred by www.airtimeproducts.co.ukin relation to the refusal and returning costs of the shipment. If you refuse a shipment containing special order items no refund will be given. www.airtimeproducts.co.uk may accept a cancellation providing your order has not been processed, the items have not been shipped and the items ordered are not special order items
